Cancellation Policy
At Cape Fear Moke, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your Moke rental:
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before your rental start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
- If severe weather (such as heavy rain, tropical storms, or unsafe road conditions) prevents safe use of the Moke, Cape Fear Moke may issue a full refund or offer to reschedule your rental.
- Light rain or cooler temperatures do not qualify for weather-related refunds.
No-Shows & Early Returns
- Failure to show up at your scheduled rental time without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
- Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.
